    I believe you may be correct Coppertop. I was looking at the chart before and looked back to Jan07 when the shares were trading jsut below 2.20 a share. Since then, they have shored up the balance sheet, Even discounting Property valuations to take into account latest sale, Book value has increased, and to top it all off their dividend has been steadily increasing over this time too. We have now also lost the the Babcock and brown Management structure and it has been substantially internalised (to the degree allowed by japanese law and for best tax benefits). What are the Negatives that have changed. There must be some!

    Yep, we have a had a GFC and appetite for risk is now not what it used to be. Stockmarkets lost 50%.. Name some more if you can, but it really does put credence to Coppertops value of 90c. I actually think that he may be slightly conservative. But anyway, I will take the capital gains, but i love the income.
