I have some support for the thread that SC's departure may have something to do with RN's connection with Pointerra and a perceived conflict of interest .
I believe the board of NEA shoud have "strike one" declared at the AGM . Reason (1) the board is willing to accept this perceived conflict of interest .(2) Although a conflict of interest exists the board then hires the board member that has created the possible conflict as the CEO (3) the CEO has nil experience in running a company like NEA. (4) the $ package given to RN is excessive.
The share price action tells you that there is a lack of trust in what happened especially by the institutional investors.
