I'm long NEA but the Pier One venue is a little worrying.

My two other major holdings have never had fancy AGMs - Vocus held theirs in a meeting room at Computershare (though they had to upsize this year since they've doubled in size with Amcom), and TPG held theirs at their awesomely run down offices at Macquarie Park (who needs fancy when you're minting money).

I hope NEA are doing well and not trying to distract shareholders with a fancy facade.

Will be an interesting AGM anyway. Am keeping an eye on the questions people are asking and hope to provide a summary for those who can't attend.
