I think they were asking for $500K to get the ball rolling to raise $4m but only got $90K.

It all seems very quiet.

I reccon NEA holders will be asked to approve the acquisition of Pointerra by NEA for a whole lot of $ and shares at the AGM.

That would be a better outcome for holders....

In the meantime I'm concerned about a perception of a conflict of interest for Newman.

Would be interested to hear what other posters know / think.
