I agree, this stock should be at least $1.30 on its own momentum. The confirmation of the detention centre contract should see it at $1.50. I also continue to believe that it's a massive takeover target for all the major international maintenance businesses and any activity like that would have to be over $2/share given management knocked back $1.95/share 12 months ago.
