Just did some basic digging on what happens with Dr Buiel.
Looks like back in 2019, when Novonix moved from 50:50 JV with Coulometrics to 75% ownership, he was stood down or condition to hand over as CEO of PureGraphite to Novonix executives. Assuming once the full acquisition occurred late 2019 or early 2020, he just went back to running Coulometrics, but without the IP and technology for PureGraphite.
Doesn't look like he is apart of Novonix at all currently from what I can see, but would still have strong connections with Professor Dahn I would say.
There was a bucket load of moving parts when GraphiteCorp acquired Novonix and Coulometrics.
