Ok I know pinto has posted on this thread and so I maybe moderated but I'm hoping that because this is a more general one I will be allowed a little leeway
I'd agree you can't necessarily assume anything from that. It is not much different from an MP opening a building. That's what they do. Hey I even managed to get David Lange to open a childcare centre when he was the prime Minister - for which he (well not personally) had generously given half a million dollars plus a building.
