This Alberg character needs to slow down, apparently flying out to sites and at night with tape measure in hand is checking the level of digging per day. Is this the new wave if renegade day traders??

Yeah they have port approval but worried about the freight company they go with as they have moved to slow steaming which increases lead times end to end.
