The recent price $6.00 a share is an interesting figure . For this price - to be a valid valuation - should imply an EPS of 60c assuming PER of 10 . TRG current equity is 14.12M shares + 6.165M unlisted options . In other words : TRG should earn NPAT $ 8.5M to warrant a share price of $6.00 . OR , if the options are taken in consideration NPAT - $12M . I do not know , from the data that is available to me whether this is feasible or not . In my assumptions I have allowed a PER of 10 which could be generous for this type of investment company . I also do not know what is the NTA backing every share which usually should be close to the share price ...However the placement price of $4.20 implies that the NTA was close to this mark ?
