Dear Mr. Needham:

We have officially launched our TVOG Opus I Drilling Fund LP for which we will raise up to $100 million to drill 24 exploratory wells, hydraulically frac the Ekho deep well and redrill the Sunrise natural gas discovery with a horizontal well and then frac the horizontal leg (see news release today). We are testing the Sonata 3-1 today and expect the next project to be Sunrise (as finds come in from Opus) and then the Ekho deep well. We will make announcements as appropriate.
