trial - 5/12/2011

Trial started at 10.00 am - concluded at 10.06 am.

Counsel advised HH that both parties had reached resolutions on both matters.(Apparently mediation was still on-going till late yesterday).

Both parties have terms of Agreement which they believe will result in a signed agreement. A request was put forward that HH adjourn the matter FMO (For Mention Only) to a date in February.

HH set a date of 10/02/2012 at 9.00 am. HH further asked if it was likely that the prospect of the Trial continuing in the new year. Counsel advised that it was most unlikely a trial will continue and mentioned that the date set in
February will be required to file a Notice of Continuance.

No further details were mentioned however HH congratulate both parties on reaching resolution.

I think it was counsel for defence that said, the main intention was to obtain NTMA so mining can commence (stand corrected on that).
