Bizarrely, I find myself in agreement with hottuna on some of these points, except that Teva is funding the trials for this congestive heart failure application, that means overall, not just one particular phase or one aspect of that phase and then nothing.
As such, Teva would be actively involved in the design of clinical trials and approval process.
Oh and on 3), they haven't begun recruiting because they will use those patients for the parallel trial.
Otherwise nice to see someone taking on Kakala's scatological references. lol.
