I replied to this point for you previously Meerkat but the recapitalisation to remove the companies debt & converting loans in place was to finalise these through stock allocation so for the creditors to finalise their relationship it only comes through on market trades to convert that stock to cash - not sure how much remains but it must be getting close. Worth noting that again Cornerstone took oversubscriptions for their private placement exceeding $3M at $0.02 of course they could be capitalising on the 10% @ $0.022 but one would think the investors they pulled in would see the bigger picture - Robert Towner being MD of Cornerstone Corporate wouldn't of taken a board seat as Chairman of BNE if they were just looking to place the stock and quickly flush it out.
