Yep ... bit of a kick in the teeth for suffering shareholders.
How can they need more time when this has been dragging on so long now?
What does this mean for mediation? If they are saying they need more time to prepare for trial is that saying that mediation is not going to give a result? Or are these just pre settlement games?
I have a feeling though that this might have been expected and once this delay is out there investors might be ready to get in .. LANI results soon etc, still a possible mediation outcome in the short term, growing awareness of tamiflu issues, plus a few other things that have not surfaced for awhile.
