Point taken on cash flow. The only inflows at present are from interest income and Govt matching funds.
At least Uncle Bob and his team have been a low cost operator (even when they are raising funds) and have conserved funds over the years (something which the market does not fully recognise or appreciate IMO).
With the ASX Quarterly due at the end of this month, we may get some additional information on Portia.
