I will assume it is this month when we get PIRSA approval.
Portia is only waiting on Government approval (PIRSA). Something that is out of HAV's hands and a date Management cannot in good conscience put a timeline on. However, once the approval is given, HAV will immediately start digging at the trial pit because it has already done all the prepartion!
Given the "wet season" for Adelaide is from May to October (I assume the weather will be similar at Portia), AND it begins the trial pit during May 2008, will the weather have a "mild" impact, an "adverse" impact or a "crippling" impact on the operation?
