Keithl, you just needed to ask while you had them on the phone. I rang the number you provided this morning and asked them.
EL28322 is the exploration license which is obviously granted and ML 29822 is the mineral lease application (applied for last year and being processed) and has nothing to do with the trial mine permit which has been applied for under the exploration licence.
The timeline you described fits with guidance from ABU for the ML- around July.
