Nice podcast segment on ABU.

Tony Locantro likes ABU and considers it over-sold at the present time. They mentioned that "it is trading in a range of 2.2c to 3.8, which suits many day traders. A break out above 3.8c is needed for a long term trend upwards".

The only thing that he doesn't like is the "number of shares on issue". Other brokers and advisers have similar concerns. However when ABU's gold production is up and running next year, I believe there will be a consolidation of shares, probably 1:10. Such a move will make the stock look more credible and more appealing to the big investors and institutions. It will also make a lot of financial advisers and brokers happier to recommend the stock.

Hopefully there will be some more trial mining results coming out soon.
