I sold a parcel at 8.8 cents and want to buy back at 6 cents. it is not a good sign for CN converted and delayed announcement. but i still hold 2 times 7 figure in my account at moment.
as a company $2m in a bank is not much. you can estimate how much company will spend on court hearing, their salary and trip and admin expense for a year? if they spend all then raising money again from shareholders, shareholders just like money printers.
