It will depend on when cohort four began. If you use a time line of Dec 1st, it goes like this.
Cohort four starts Dec 1; add twelve weeks for the review and report.
Then add twelve weeks again for the last two patients in cohort four and you get the date for cohort five starting. Then add another twelve for the last two patients two patients to be dosed. Then add one more lot for them to be analysed and reported. That's 48 weeks in all if the trial goes to plan.
So roughly.
Dec 1. Patient one cohort four
March 1. patients two and three cohort four
June 1. cohort five patient one
September 1. final two patients.
If we get SVR24 early, it can't be before September 1. Depending on actual dates of course, I've allowed twelve weeks between doses not ten. There is the reporting period to consider.
So, if it worked in the December patient and it works on the March patients.......... what will happen to cohort five on June 1st ???????
