No they do not have the approvals they need to sell the treatment - they can only gain those with the successful initiation of the phase 3 trials - the next approvals they will get is from the host countries health department in which they will have the protocols for the trial approved - remember the enthesis of this trial is on children and so there are strict protocols that must be in place if the trials are to gain acceptance world wide

I have been told that within a couple of months of the trial starting and results permitting they will be able to apply for an interim license that will allow them to take orders
