Even if we win the court case it'll be a long time before AVQ can even think about turning a profit or issuing a dividend. Then you need to look at all of the options floating around that will be taken up if they win - further diluting the share pool.
After that, they have to map the deposit, confirm the depth and richness, then they have to either find a jv partner or they'll have to capital-raise a massive amount of cash to mine the thing themselves. Unlikely, but possible if they can't find a partner. I'm thinking it'll be at least 5 years before the first shipload of ore leaves the yet-to-be-built port.
So I'm guessing that we won't rise much above 5c - even in the best scenario - until we win the court case and find a jv partner.
