Sorry there Legless, but the case has always been against us and including the Government of the Solomon Islands; it’s been this way since the beginning….nothing new.

The interim injunction was originally granted by the High Court of the Solomon Islands on 16 September in the civil case of SMM Solomon Limited (Sumitomo) v Solomon Islands Government, Axiom KB, and the registered landowners of Kolosori, Santa Isabel Island.
When Prime Minister Gordon Lilo visited Japan and discussed matters with Sumitomo, the legal action was already in force.
