IMO, there's a lot to be read "between the lines".

Solomon Islands High Court Proceedings Update Axiom Mining Limited advises that a conference regarding the case 258/11 of SMM Solomon Limited v Solomon Islands Government, Axiom KB Limited and the registered landowners of Kolosori took place on 28 August 2013 in Honiara, Solomon Islands. All parties who attended the conference agreed to dates for particular matters leading to the trial
As set out below:

? 6 September 2013: Claimants to provide evidence (SMM)
? 24 September 2013: Claimants to provide further amended Claim (in the form of a
statement of relevant facts at the request of the sixth defendant, Axiom KB)
? 25 September 2013: Pre-trial conference
? 1 October 2013: Defendants to provide amended Defence
? 14 October 2013: Trial

Solomon Islands High Court Proceeding Update
Axiom Mining Limited (“Axiom”) advises that a Direction Hearing regarding the case 258/11 of SMM Solomon Limited v Solomon Islands Government, Axiom KB Limited and the registered landowners of Kolosori took place on 26 July 2013 in Honiara, Solomon Islands. A new timetable has been agreed as set out below to ensure all parties are well prepared for the Hearing of the trial:

• 2 August 2013: All parties to file and serve sworn disclosure statements
• 23 August 2013: Applications in respect of disclosure to be filed and served
• 28 August 2013: Case management conference
• 30 August 2013: Claimants to file and serve evidence
• 30 September 2013: Pre-trial
• 14 October 2013: Trial for eight weeks
We anticipate the signed court orders confirming the above dates will be received shortly.
