    Any thoughts out there on a realistic length of this trial? It seems to me 8 weeks is overkill. A few days at most should be ample time to sort this out one way or another. I just cant see a company shutting down for 2 months straight just because of one of its dealings. AVQ could have other ann to release during this time as recently stated, so how could they do that in a TH?.
