Some have speculated that there may not be a TH followed by a Suspension from Trading. May only be a TH when the judges retire to make a decision.

If that decision includes a compensation payout then the amount and terms of payment will have to be decided.

A lot of issues to be delt with and if as we suspect that there are no cases that are precedent then I believe that the case won't be short.

One of the issues to be delt with is that the outcome may lead the SI government to amend the current laws regarding land tenements. The judges will have this in mind when they make their judgement. Another issue is the other SI applicants that became known at the Pre-trial.

That said, 8 weeks has been set aside for the case. One would guess that's the maximum that they expect the case to run.
