    we may even get news of

    "advanced negotiations in regards to a
    potential transaction which is likely to create revenue and development funding"

    before any trading halt for the trial, especially if the trading halt is only in the last day or two of the trial. Too many unknowns to not be in it, especially since there's no fixed date and something may happen at any point now.
