    Sure. I’m a martial artist. I was training jujitsu several days a week and weight training with kettlebells on other days. The jujitsu is a combination of things like heavy aerobic exercise, skills training, sparring, wrestling etc.

    My arthritis had limited my ability to train. Going into the treatment my goal was to be able return to a reasonable training schedule and to return to weight training, which I had stopped. These goals were definitely achieved, it’s great to be able to return to my sport and continue building strength and endurance. I’m 54, with severe OA at a single vertebrae in my lower back only, no other joint problems.
