Thanks Happell this is amazing!! I'm still very young (38) hence still active and I do some running still. I've kept the running going through the trial so far and knee is a little better however hard to know until I finish the trial fully. I find that my knee still gets reasonably sore during the week as I work in an office and hence sitting long period of times really knocks me around whereas on a weekend I am much better.
