Yes...unfortunately, it may not be possible to eliminate all A1 protein from our diets at present.
There is always the dilemma when eating/ drinking out that we will be ingesting some level of A1 protein.
I remember reading that cheddar cheese was the least disruptive for A1 protein than some of the other cheeses such as blue vein etc.
I'm certain that I fall into the category of having experienced an improvement in GI symptoms despite having some A1 exposure. When I do go to cafes, I see that they use a lot of Dairy Farmers with A2 Protein label.
It all depends on what types of foods are eaten while out. I keep dairy intake to a minimum while out, as I'd rather have my dairy at home. I haven't done any of that testing you suggest, however, I can tell you that my overall health has improved since switching over to A2. I hope this helps!
