Trialling A1 exclusion, page-5

I was surprised myself when I came across that in my readings. I thought that all cheeses would be created equal for A1 too. Cheddar cheese is my favourite, as I am not a connisseur of fine cheeses. I'm a person of simple tastes! Cheddar cheese does not affect me at all.I'll try to look up what I was reading about cheddar, and let you know, as it was a point I didn't take much note of at the time. It is well worth giving A2 products a fair trial, and it would be interesting to hear from you if/when you notice a difference in your health.
