    The only way that I can explain the relatively lame response to today's announcement is that it has been anticipated and expected by the market for a long time.

    I would be surprised if SBP did not begin to gradually rise and settle at a higher level as the market assimilates the Solbec story to date, and it's seemingly huge potential.
