All depends on contracts and when signed etc, but for teh sake of doing an IGV valuation use a 10-15% discount to spot in your estimates, no brains behind that just a discount factor.
Todays news was fully priced in , a case of sell the fact, exploration upside will be the impetus to get the sp moving.
On a further note does anyone know what is required to monetise this resource, apart from the capital required to ste up a mine, what logistics are required set up the relevant infrastructure to support a commercial mine. My understanding is that their is no current transportation (rail etc) near their land, so woudl be interested to hear others views
