my theory is that negotiations are basically done and accumulation period has started, awaiting official news ( internally, tox results would be well known by now ).
For two days 13.5 to 15 cents was basically cleared out, yesterday and today functioned as refill.
If funding eventuates, then buying on market is much preferred to placements.
Naturally, accumulating entity will attempt to do so at the lowest possible cost. Having driven price down in the first place explains the intent.
Some placement later might take place at a premium.
