My guess is that those orders at 14 cents will get filled, 14.5 get stacked and then 14.5 and 15 cents bought up after to repeat the procedure from the beginning of the week, when 13.5 cents was sold out to start the clean out up to 15 cents, allowing 6 mil added to the portfolio.
And so the churn continues in a pre-arranged target zone for new entity to stock up.
