Tribe IPO to become live in couple of weeks. It should do well IMO. Has anyone else also been following Tribe?

Raising: IPO is to raise $20 million
Tribe was founded by radio and television personality Jules Lund in 2014 as a way to let brands connect with the growing army of online influencers. It has evolved to become a broader online marketplace for branded content, which lets brands cut out ad agencies to buy content created by its users to run in campaigns across various channels.Tribe’s selling point is that it has an army of content creators, who make short videos and other content involving products.
Business model: Creators post their content in the hope of making money from it and brands can pick and choose what they like, in a more cost-effective way than if they were commissioning agencies to feed the voracious appetite of online platforms for fresh ads.
More than 1 million pieces of content have been created by the 60,000 influencers on its platform, who have collectively earned $26.7 million via Tribe.
