It has evolved to become a broader online marketplace for branded content, which lets brands cut out ad agencies to buy content created by its users to run in campaigns across various channels.Tribe’s selling point is that it has an army of content creators, who make short videos and other content involving products.
Business model: Creators post their content in the hope of making money from it and brands can pick and choose what they like, in a more cost-effective way than if they were commissioning agencies to feed the voracious appetite of online platforms for fresh ads.
More than 1 million pieces of content have been created by the 60,000 influencers on its platform, who have collectively earned $26.7 million via Tribe.

Just found this thread and I don't know why the IPO didn't go ahead last October but they are now doing the rounds with some insto's and Sophisticated Investors to raise another $6m. No specific plans re an IPO at this stage. I like the idea if what the business does.
