I suppose I'm saying the obvious, but what ur missing is Allco mgmnt now well proven ability to misjudge market and stuff up a good thing.
In less than a month, RAT has gone from 30 c to intrday ~19, and back to 30c.
Hard to see how this sort of move can relate to fundamentals of a REIT.
Must be market perceptions.
