Look at the past presentations that go through the properties...

Look at the past presentations that go through the properties owned. I would think they have very strong tenants, and the average lease term (if I correctly recall) is over 10 years!

I'll admit that I am not a property expert, however from my simplistic understanding good tenants and good lease terms equals a good business. Or have I missed something there?
