    Recommendation Impact

    We upgrade our recommendation from Accumulate to Buy, mainly due to the lower
    share price. Outside BHP, RIO and Woodside, OXR is one of the more attractive
    resource plays. Growth from Prominent Hill and leverage to copper attracts. Zinc is
    important and odds favour upside in the medium term.
