    Teddyward, the concept of placing the turbines offshore, on a platform located amid an array of CETO units has been indicated in some of CWE's publications and presentations.

    As you say, it would become a matter of efficiencies balancing the cost of the sea structure against the cost of on-shore housing and the friction losses in the piping, amongst a host of other variables.

    I took it as positive that the CWE think tank at Fremantle are open to the concept.
