    Did see that there were problems communicating to the Moroccan Government
    on previous wells.
    May be just good manners to be judicious regarding any possible change in
    the well dynamics. Whatever they may be, TPT decided on this TH.
    As I understand it the Moroccan Government are keen to have a major producer extant?
