chance is the key word. the risk is great as all in this field. the fist look was not good. so the price dropped all normal. the price being lower attracts buyers it does not reduce the risk or increase. for mine at this stage 10 to 15 is the money. so ill feel ok for a punt at 12. and then its still a punt. the risk is if this well in not good what do they have in front of them. cash flow after a bad well is paramount.
