Made a couple of calls and this is the result.
Placment has been on the go for some time now and not a murky deal.Thirty six million shares to go to small boutique investment firm who is a long term holder.It is unlikley these will come on market any time within the next 2 years. Company needs funds(as we all do) to continue operations and without capital injection had very limited future.The remaining 14 million I am unable to ascertain where they are going,but this number should have little impact on share price if they come on market(see volumes traded in the last few months!)
Dont panic,all Leases have been approved in order of application so far and only one to go!
