So Trifagura take up another 6% of HIG in last weel or so and today GRAM and chinses province "Company" provincially owned puts bid in for PNA at 1.71

all of a sudden HIG sitting in middle of big boys recognizing the poor Mkt Caps of the Cos associated with these projects in the low part of the commodities cycle and are pouncing.

Funding options for HIG must be improving with all this renewed interest in their projects!!!
