    lemon curd is made from whisking and lightly heating,

    three eggs

    50 grams sugar

    75 ml fresh lemon juice

    50 grams of unsalted butter

    5 grams finely shredded lemon zest

    and when cooled add ½ cup of whipped cream, if desired to thin down
