Hi Guys,
I am surprised that this stock has stayed low for so long.
Even in this market I can not find another stock like it.
Here are some fundamental measures (from BVA Reports):
Market Capitalisation $25 Million (2/4/2009)
Half year Sales Revenue increased 9.3% to $73.9 Million.
Half year EBITDA increased 28.1% to $10.2 Million (yes 2.5 times half year earnings)
Half Year Group Net Profit After Tax $4.2 Million (yes, 6 times half year earnings)
Do not see much downside risk, given that key measures are increasing year-on-year. Maybe looking forward to this years results, Group NPAT will be 3 times earnings and EBITDA will be 1.25 times earnings. Believe that this stock is a short term no brainer.
BVA debt level is high and this is the only negative that I can find. Debt is above $40 Million. Still, a lot of this due towards 2011.
Can anybody else see any negatives for this stock? Would like to hear them.
Best of Luck
