Thanks for your thoughts, and i certainly wasn't implying anything regarding your conversation with BNB I was just curious about your thoughts based on the latest announcement and what you had been told.

In relation to BBIPL, BNBG may be subordinated to the Bank debt but if they can not pay out based on the Exit Notice when it falls due then that is textbook insolvent trading in my opinion.

Is there any alternative views out there?
