I don't know if any of you have ever met the man or worked for him. He is well informed and works extremely well. There is something to like about the man. Extremely arrogant, treats those who works for him well, pays above the market for his people. Buys really krap land and turns it into very valuable property. I would not be game to buy a property of his. One unit can be good but the one next door might be awful. Probably not enough people doing supervision which results in problems.
He has gone from a three story walkup to high rise basically by taking very good engineering advice. Those that do the right thing by him he treats well. He swears like a trooper, funny to watch.
Funny thing is, he is better to work for than most of the goys around town, I enjoyed the time I spent there.
