    So the AFR reports "In a note to clients last week, UBS analysts highlighted commentary from a conference call with Trilogy, which suggested there may be a mismatch in price expectations.".

    Where is the regulator?! And what sort of process are Vocus's bankers running?! How is an external party allowed to enter a data room situation of a public company and then provide select disclosure to certain parties?!

    Vocus's bankers (who to date have achieved very little in value add for their client) need to actually protect their client. Trilogy would have had to execute some form of non-disclosure agreement to enter this process. That agreement needs to be enforced and Vocus shareholders protected for a change (rather than this ongoing select disclosure occurring again and again). If there has been a breach of such an agreement, then damages need to be sought to compensate Vocus for the negative impact of the disclosure breach.
